Hart's most well-known roles include her character in the television show Clarissa Explains It All (1991-1994), and the live-action version of Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996) to 2003. Hart's acting career is a mix between TV and film, with her roles on the cult television shows Law and Order and That '70s Show. Hart is the main character on Melissa and Joey on the ABC Family show Melissa & Joey from 2010. Hart has been married to musician Mark Wilkerson for over a decade, and the couple has two kids.
